Channel Five's series How To Be A Property Developer is back for a third series and is looking for two new couples who think they can make their fortune from property.

In the last series, best buddies from Bristol, Jem Smales and Dave Venables, exceeded their own expectations and made a profit of £100,000 in just nine months.  

Now the show's looking for two new property-mad couples or pairs of people with more drive, ambition and ideas who have the desire and determination to make even more money. They'll already know the property market inside out and have the guts and nous to take the kind of calculated risk needed to turn property into profit.

The stakes will be high. They can try and make money from refurbishing property, they can apply for planning permission for ambitious building or conversion projects and buy and sell at auction. Whatever takes their fancy - as long as they make serious money.

Property developer Gary McCausland will be on hand again to follow the progress of the couples.  (Gary's a self-made property man from Northern Ireland who doesn't mince his words.)

The producers are looking for people who feel that now is the right time to give a career as a property developer a serious try. They will not be professional property developers already, but will be confident they can turn this opportunity into a success.

Couples can be based anywhere in the UK, and they can be partners, family members or friends.
