School Lofts for under £100k

Unprecedented demand to purchase an unique piece of Walsall's history has led to a third of the apartments at School Lofts, the conversion of the former Butts Road Primary School, being reserved prior to a marketing suite opening at the development. But there's still time to snap one up!

School Lofts is a development of twenty eight apartments which have been finished to a fantastically high specification and attention to detail.  Although the exterior of the impressive Victorian primary school looks much as it did when it was constructed in 1879, internally things have changed somewhat. The huge original arched windows, letting in copious amounts of light, have been retained but now they are double glazed and fitted with high security locks.

Prepare to weep (or otherwise)

"Unlike most developers, Jim Good, managing director of Vogue Living, does not believe in charging for a whole host of extras so all the apartments have, as standard throughout, high quality chrome recessed spot lights, polished chrome socket outlets and wall light switches and a fully installed intruder alarm.  Each apartment also has its own allocated parking space accessed via an electronically operated security gate."
