Manor Mills has attracted huge off plan interest

Manor Mills residential scheme in Leeds city centre, has sold 65% percent of all apartments, two years in advance of completion. Why?

Probably because it is being created in partnership with YOO. This is a creative tour de force led by John Hitchcox (one of Europe's most innovative design-based property developers) alongside well-know French designer, Philippe Starck. The objective behind the partnership is to exemplify that good design simply doesn't have to be expensive. Certainly KW Linfoot's own staff have been entranced - 18 of them have signed up to purchase there.

Danielle Henderson, associate director at KW Linfoot Plc, comments: "The Leeds residential market is fast becoming saturated with mediocre city living apartments and the demand for traditional flats is not as substantial as it was two years ago. This initial sales success and continued interest only goes to prove that Manor Mills is bringing a radically new and exciting lifestyle option for city living enthusiasts."

Located in the trendy Holbeck urban village (just south of the river and a short walk from the city railway station), Manor Mills comprises 278 individually styled apartments planned over nine floors with supporting leisure facilities.

A show apartment will launch on site in September although interested purchasers can currently view a typical KW Linfoot Plc apartment in West Point by appointment.  Manor Mills will contain smart pads and studios as well as one and two bedroom apartments with prices ranging from £86,000 to £200,000.
