The biggest developers in Southern Cyprus with stylish schemes in and around Paphos. We were impressed with the quality of the build when visiting their schemes in person. The tricky thing about buying in Cyprus (always in the north and even in the south) is to make sure the developer hands over the deeds. Restrictions on new build make Cyprus excellent for capital growth in this home-from-home environment.
